How We Use Organizational Data
Nextwork processes workforce data provided by your organization to generate AI-readiness assessments, skill recommendations, and organizational insights. This data is used exclusively to deliver platform functionality to your organization.
Data Isolation
Each organization's data is logically isolated. Employee assessments, department structures, and organizational insights are never shared across client boundaries.
AI Model Training
Your organization's data is not used to train general-purpose AI models. Aggregated, fully anonymized patterns may be used to improve Nextwork's proprietary scoring algorithms, but individual employee or company data is never exposed.
Data Retention & Deletion
Data is retained for the duration of your organization's subscription plus a 30-day grace period. Upon contract termination, all organization data can be exported or permanently deleted upon request.
Third-Party Processing
Assessment generation may involve third-party AI providers (e.g., Anthropic). Data sent to these providers is processed under strict data processing agreements and is not retained by third parties beyond the immediate request.
Compliance
Nextwork is committed to compliance with applicable data protection regulations including GDPR and CCPA. Organizations may request a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) as part of their enterprise contract.
